Our jewelry is handcrafted using 925 sterling silver. Depending on the design, pieces are plated with 18k yellow gold, 18k rose gold, or rhodium. We use high-quality stones such as cubic zirconia, freshwater pearls, and synthetic spinel.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer complimentary standard shipping worldwide. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You may return or exchange your items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and security tags intact.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, APM Monaco provides a 2-year international warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper care.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, avoid contact with water, perfumes, hairsprays, and lotions. Store your jewelry in its original pouch and clean it gently with a soft, dry polishing cloth after each wear.
Can I resize my ring or bracelet?
Many of our rings and bracelets are designed with adjustable sliders for a perfect fit. For fixed-size items, we recommend consulting our size guide before purchasing, as we do not offer custom resizing services.
